What are your delivery options?

 

UK orders are shipped either via MyHermes with a 3-5 day delivery service, this includes tracking and insurance. UK furniture orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and usually delivery within 14 working days.

 

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we provide international delivery. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For, this services is tracked until leaving the UK and includes insurance. Please note a signature is required upon delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver furniture at present.

 

How do I track my order?

 

If you wish to track your order simply contact us to  request your tracking number. We will provide you with your tracking and delivery service details.

What is your payment method?

 

Payment for your online Chic Petit purchases are via PayPal, this is an easy, simple & secure way to pay online. There's no need to type up all your card details, your login and password are all you need. It's easier, quicker and safer simply because your details are never shared and always protected.

 

Do you price match?

 

We are happy to consider price matching any item. If you find it cheaper on another website please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to beat their price.

 

I have received a faulty item

 

We are sorry to hear your product is faulty. We would like to help you to resolve your enquiry as soon as possible. To do this please text or email us the description of the fault so we are able to resolve the problem.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chic Petit purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item unused and undamaged with all tags attached, packaging and gift boxes etc within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require prior authorisation and a valid Returns Note enclosed, please email for authorisation. We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit so please insure all parcels when returning. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on underwear or swimwear.
